Ulceratic Colitis

Ulceratic Colitis is a bowel condition in which the lining of the large intestine and the rectum gets inflamed. Tiny sores are formed due to the inflammation on the walls of the colon.
This disease affects people of all ages. Symptoms tend to develop when people are between the ages of 15 and 30, or between the ages of 50 and 70.

What causes it?
The cause of this condition is unknown. However, studies show that this condition is linked to the immune system and genetic factors.

Symptoms
Pain in the abdomen.
Stools with stains of blood.
Diarrhoea.
Abdominal sounds.
Fever and weight loss.
Rectal Pain.
Mouth Ulcers.
