What causes it?
Sciatica is caused by irritation of the root of the lower lumbar and lumbosacral spine.
Other causes are:
Narrowing of spinal canal in the lower back.
Degeneration of discs.
Slippage of one vertebra over the other.

Pain in the lower back or legs while sitting.
Numbness while moving the leg or foot.
Constant pain on one side of the rear.
Shooting pain while standing.
