Polycystic Ovarian Disorder is the growth of cysts in a woman’s ovaries, due to imbalance in estrogen and progesterone hormones.

What are the causes?
It is mainly caused due to sedentary lifestyle (unbalanced diet, lack of physical activity).
A woman’s body produces Androgen, a male hormone. When there is an over production of Androgen, the cysts are formed.
