Asthma
Asthma is a condition in which there is a recurring inflammation of an individual’s airways to lungs, which result in obstruction of airflow.

Who gets Asthma?
People with a family history of allergies or asthma are more prone to developing asthma. Most, but not all, people with Asthma have allergies. Males in the age group of 2-12 years and females in the age group of 16-24 years have reportedly more prevalence of Asthma.

Symptoms of Asthma
Cough.
Wheezing.
Shortness of breath.
Chest tightness.
Excess Mucus production.
Exhaustion.
These symptoms may occur periodically or continuously and external factors like changing seasons, pollution, dust etc can trigger the symptoms at different times.
